Foundation programme · 6 months
A six-month programme that builds the foundations of leadership early, preparing artisans and apprentices with leadership potential to become dependable team members and future supervisors.
Overview
Leadership habits form early. This programme gives artisans and apprentices the mindset and skills that set future leaders apart: taking ownership, working safely and holding others to the same standard, solving problems at the root and communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
Learning is practical and grounded in the participant’s own workplace, with mentoring to turn new skills into everyday habits.
