Flagship programme · Multi-month
Newwcon’s flagship programme for engineers and maintenance professionals moving into, or growing in, leadership. Maintenance mastery and the soft skills that determine leadership success, developed together.
Overview
Most engineering leaders are promoted on technical merit and then left to learn leadership on the job. This programme closes that gap. It develops the full asset-management capability expected of an engineering leader, alongside the communication, safety leadership, decision-making and people skills that turn technical expertise into team performance.
Every participant follows a structured path through the NewwCon 13 Competency Framework, with one-on-one mentoring that connects each module to their real equipment, team and challenges.
