Overview
At senior level, success depends less on technical answers and more on direction, judgement and the ability to build strong leadership teams. This programme develops strategic thinking, decision-making under pressure, emotional intelligence and executive presence.
Participants work on real strategic challenges from their own operation, supported by one-on-one executive coaching. Choose the three-month option for focused impact, or six months for deeper, sustained development.
