Overview
Middle managers carry the weight of an operation: translating strategy into daily work, keeping people safe and productive, and managing upwards and downwards at the same time. Yet they often receive the least leadership support.
This programme equips them to plan and prioritise, hold people accountable, handle difficult conversations, manage cost and lead safely, through practical modules and mentoring tied to their own section’s challenges.
